1.Can you give us an update on what has been going on with the band
since the recording of the new album?
Answer :
I started Recorded this ONSLAUGHT OF PSYCHOPATH album on 2008, all songs and all instruments created by Willy ( the founder of KERANGKENK in 1994) and it is all Newe song I created for KERANGKENK, and in that time i do have no member, as you know this band in Metalscene since 1994 and in our old personeel never have time to focus creat album for this band, I waste my time too long for this band, and I fight and working hard to created this album, and I connected with Apoy (drum Player) in 2012 and July (bass player) https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10200097946667270&set=a.10201903307120153&type=3&theater
, and than July leave the band, its only me and Apoy left, I tell my self this album should be release and in 2012-2013 we start to promote them, because this band was slept for 5 years, 200-2007. On that time we got 100 more event for this old band, We Refresh Metalheads about this Band KERANGKENK, Thankful the remember and like us like usual,
2.In October you had released a new album how would you describe the musical sound that is presented on the recording and also how does it differ from the stuff you have release in the past?
Answer :
My brother, This ONSLAUGHT OF PSYCHOPATH album is our FIRST album since this Band exist on this Scene, and it was Released on November 1st 2014, it’s a long time a lot of piatience we give to this album, a lot of sorrow and cheater, unfulfilled promise happened to me on the album progress. I know I will never give up, I should fight no matter what, this album should be release.
And about the musical sounds all US character, for death metal genre I follow Suffocation sounds on their album “ Effigy of the Forgotten” I used 5 Track on Guitar, (2rythem left and 2 rythem right) 1 lead guitar, 3 track for 1 Lead GrowlVocal and 2 backing vocal, I’m very carefully to choose Kerangkenk Sounds Character, as you heard the songs, that’s the master of Kerangkenk album.
3.This was the first release since 1996, can you tell us a little bit more about the delay?
Answer :
Yes this I our first full album released, in 1996 we did created an EP (4 songs on it) The matter on this band since 1994 is, we all focus for Event and show and feel safety with 4 songs, and I’m not join on KERANGKENK management. Just play live show again and again, in a week there is 8-20 Metal event here in Indonesia, and still until now.
4.The band was broken up for 5 years, what was the cause of the split and also the decision to reform?
Answer :
A different choise between member, for me I always practice my guitar skills but other player didn’t do that, new band got great songs on their album, we stiull playing and oldschool, I told to all personeel in that time we should refrest our song and created good songs and they want do that, our bass player, drummer and vocalist said “ we are what we are” I cant leiv with that commitment, that why we broke up, and the decision to reform is this band should creat an album, and I make it happen, thankful I still alive and fight for this band KERANGKENK.
5.What are some of the lyrical topics and subjects the band explores with the newer music?
Answer :
For the lyric on EP 1996 actually I don’t know what the topic of lyric, for the newer its about humanity, Psychopath, bad people and bad government, killing, war, prostitution, and with hope there will and still there is good people will secure the situation, never give up, we know there is still good people outhere. We all know. “HOPE”
6.What is the meaning and inspiration behind the name 'Kerangkenk'?
Answer :
Prison / person in parentheses in the iron curtain
(Due to an error that was never made) we all want freedom, what will happen if we stay on jail for along time, doing anything to not get bored and want to free the body and mind to unity and sociality for a better live
7.Currently there are only 2 members in the band, are you planning on expanding the line up in the future or do you chose to remain a duo?

Rantai Production is new label on Metalscene, and Kerangkenk album “ONSLAUGHT OF PSYCHOPATH is the first band they got, we try to help them and hope this label helps us too. Let see what can they do for us.
10.On a worldwide level how has the feedback been to your music by fans of brutal death metal?
Answer :
YES, we do got feedback to our fans on show or social media, they like us, and we keep working hard to make a different in one show and other show, fans should get what they want, that s why they will come to our show by buy a ticket in. we are so respect our fans and give the best for their smile, we doo that since this band come to metalscene, Respect to all of you..!!

Music is a global connection, people always want good music and good music create by heart, mainstream or Underground music the player sould give their soul to created the good one, we still learning and do the best to make all our friends and fans satisfy with Kerangkenk music. 12..What are some of the bands or musical styles that have had an influence on your newer music and also what are you listening to nowadays?
Answer :
On ONSLAUGHT OF PSYCHOPATH album we just influence with Effigy of The Forgotten album by Suffocation Band, I only heard that material and think what is on player mind to created that album on Effigy of the forgotten, I found enjoyment and style on Suffocation music,
And for our newer listening nowdays I check up Spawn of Possesion and Fleshgod Apocalypse, My strategy for this band for our next album, combination on that different stile to our next album will make a different from the fist album, hope I make good cord on moment, “music rise to be Enjoy to all.
13.What are some of your non musical interests?
Answer :
Just Steve Vay, Joe Satriani and Yngwie Malmsteen. Great musician that the world got.
